Members act in accordance with rules and perform tasks skillfully with attention given to safety including: load in, setup, during the performance, striking and loading out

All members were capable of operating tasks and served a utilitarian purpose

All members and tasks were tightly integrated with the rest of the ensemble and the show

All tasks were completed in an orderly fashion, and, if present all issues were resolved in an organized and coordinated effort
